The
new three-quarter-ton 2010 Chevrolet Suburban comes with
an available Big Block Vortec 8100 V8 engine GVWR of 8,600 lbs
a 12,000-lb. maximum trailer weight rating and a Gross Combination
Weight Rating of up to 19,000 lbs. The new Chevrolet Suburban
is designed for heavy duty work. In the 2010 Chevy Suburban
3/4 ton models with the Big Block Vortec 8100 V8 engine reduces
noise and vibration and increases belt life up to 150k miles,
of course the maintenance needs vary with depending on driving
conditions. In all 2010 Suburban 3/4 ton models the
available Big Block Vortec 8100 V8 engine utilizes intake manifold
for positive crankcase ventilation eliminating the external
valve and connections for reduced maintenance and reliability.
In all Suburban models, the Vortec V8 engines have a cylinder
firing order that better balances the forces that are exerted
on the crankshaft during combustion.
All
new 2010 Chevrolet Suburban models come with new tri-zone
climate controls for driver, front passenger and rear-seat passengers
and a convenient overhead console located on the front headliner
includes controls for interior lamps, rear seat air conditioning
and the available HomeLink transmitter.
There
are new electronic adjustable pedals (available in the Driver
Convenience Package), this enables drivers of various heights
to adjust pedal height forward and rearward.
With
the standard Suburban 40/20/40 split-bench front seat, 60/40
split-bench second row seat and third row bench, the new 2010 Chevrolet Suburban LS and LT interiors offer seating comfort
for nine passengers. When extra cargo room is needed, the third
row of seats can be flipped forward or easily removed. The third-row

Standard
on all 2010 Chevrolet Suburban models is a Driver Information

Center are included, trip computer with personal and business

Chevy
Suburban can be equipped with a newly available DVD system that
has an overhead display located in the headliner between the
first and second row of seats for convenient rear seat audio
or video, a flip-down color monitor, two wireless headphones,
a remote control unit, as well as jacks and ports for camcorder
playback and video games.
