For 2010 2011 there are five available GMC Sonoma models to choose
from. Sonoma Regular Cab 2WD Short Box, Sonoma Regular Cab 2WD
Long Box, Sonoma Extended Cab 2WD, Extended Cab 4WD and a new
Crew Cab 4WD.
The new GMC
2010 2011 Sonoma Regular Cab 2WD short and long box comes
with Vortec 2200 4 cylinder or available Vortec 4300 V6 and five-speed
manual transmission or available four-speed automatic. The short
box comes with an available Smooth Ride or ZQ8 Sport suspension
packages and the long box Sonoma comes with an available Heavy
Duty suspension package.
The
most expensive of the models this for 2010 2011 and for next year's
2010 2011 GMC Sonoma is the 4WD equipped with a Vortec 4300 V6 with
190 horsepower at 4400 RPM and 250 LB ft torque at 2802, the
extended cab is also available with a Vortec 4300 V6 with with
190 horsepower at 4400 RPM and 250 LB ft torque at 2801.
The
GMC Sonoma for 2010 2011 and for 2010 2011 will include safety features
which will include frontal, driver and right front passenger,
includes passenger side deactivation switch and Sonoma features
standard dual front Air Bags for the driver and front passenger.
In addition, the passenger-side air bag can be disabled when carrying
children. The new Sonoma comes equipped with a standard four-wheel
antilock braking system (ABS). ABS helps you maintain steering
control on most slippery surfaces while applying maximum braking
effort. There is an available Cold Climate Package which includes
engine block heater and heavy-duty battery, 690 cold cranking
amps. The pickup bed offers Fleetside, all-welded steel with double
wall construction and corrosion protection.
