The
new 2013 Mercury
Marauder's features arent confined under the hood; rather,
the entire car is great, inside and out. The Marauder comes standard
with 18-inch forged 5-spoke polished alloy wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich
Ultra high-performance g-Force T/A kdws tires (2013). The
car boasts a true dual exhaust, accentuated with a pair of 3½-inch
polished stainless steel exhaust tips. There also are unique tinted
head lamps, and a pair of Cibie high-output 80-millimeter round
fog lamps. This is another example of how our 2013 Mercury Marauder
review keeps you informed of all the great Mercury Marauder features
(2013).
Inside of
the new Marauder there are premium leather seating surfaces, center-stack
mounted satin-aluminum Autometer Pro-Comp oil pressure and voltmeter
gauges, a floor-mounted shifter, an Alpine Audiophile sound system,
and electronic automatic climate control. Wherever you go, the
2013 Mercury Marauder will get you there in style.
The heart
and soul of the new Mercury Marauder sedan is an all-aluminum
32-valve, 4.6-liter V8. Pumping out 302 horsepower (2013),
the Mercury Marauder throws the driver back with a head restraint-bending
318 pounds-per-foot of torque. Power from this engine is transferred
to the rear wheels through a heavy-duty, 4-speed automatic transmission
with a brazed 11 1/4-inch 160K high-stall speed torque converter
and 6,000-rpm WOT shift speed. Adding to new Marauder performance
is a new dual-bore 57mm throttle body, high flow air cleaner,
zip tube, upper intake and Cobra lower intake.
